Join us as we celebrate the FIRST LEGO League City Shaper season. All FIRST LEGO League South Carolina events are open to the public and free to attend. Everyone is welcome to explore the tournament pits where teams display their research Projects and demonstrate their Core Values. Spectators are sure to enjoy the thrill and excitement of the Robot Game where teams compete to score the highest points using LEGO built robots to solve intricate missions. It’s sure to be a fun filled day!

VOLUNTEERING: All FIRST LEGO League South Carolina events are completely ran by volunteers. Everyone from the check-in staff, the Robot Game queuers, the referees, the judges, on up to the tournament directors volunteer their time. Anybody can make a great volunteer. Volunteers do not need to be an expert in everything FIRST LEGO League. If you’re interested in lending a helping hand, head over to the Volunteering page.
The Ace Basin Qualifying Tournament will host TBD number of teams. Teams must be ranked in the top TBD Robot Game scores to be considered for Champion’s Award. The top TBD teams will advance based on their average ranking by the Judges in Core Values, Project and Robot Design, and must finish ranked in the top TBD (actual number, not percentage) Robot Game scores at the event.

The top 30% percent of the registered teams will advance to the South Carolina East Regional Tournament. Teams listed in bold in the above table advanced to the South Carolina East Regional on December 14, 2019 at Cane Bay High School.
